Mr. Modestas has represented clients in the trucking industry for close to 20 years and is knowledgeable about the unique legal issues that affect his clients on a daily basis. He has represented corporations and individuals. Some of the types of clients he has had include shippers, carriers, brokers, drivers, dispatchers, safety personnel, warehouse workers, factoring companies, truck repair companies, and tow truck operators.

Insurance issues – Denial of coverage matters, claim issues, errors by insurance brokers and companies.
Employment issues – Independent contractor classification, discrimination claims, wage claims and wrongful discharge claims.
